Does a memory matching game actually improve memory?
Card-matching games repeatedly exercise short-term (working) memory, making them a light form of brain stimulation. They're not a substitute for structured cognitive training, though.
How is the score calculated?
You earn 100 points for each matched pair. Fewer moves (card flips) means a more efficient clear.
Can I change the number of cards?
It's currently fixed at 4ร4 (8 pairs, 16 cards). Clicking 'New Game' just reshuffles the card layout.
