How is this different from the Static Emoticons tool?
The Static Emoticons tool processes multiple characters drawn on one sheet at once. This tool processes multiple separate GIF files (and every frame within each). Animated emoticons are typically submitted as individual GIF files per character, so this matches that workflow.
Do all uploaded files play at once in the preview?
No β the list shows static thumbnails only, and just the selected file plays as a large animated preview. Playing many GIFs at once could slow down the browser.
If I change the thickness or color, does it reapply to files I already uploaded?
Yes, changing a setting automatically reapplies it to every uploaded file. The GIF isn't re-decoded, only the outline is redrawn, so it's reasonably fast.
Can I remove an uploaded file from the list?
Yes, click the β button on a file's thumbnail to remove it individually.
